Tomato - Heritage Cottage Orange

I originally received a small coin envelope of unknown orange tomato seed back in 2005 from a well-seasoned gardener. He told me his family had been growing and saving the seeds of this orange tomato for many years. Talk about the true meaning of heirloom tomatoes. I have been growing these and saving the seeds each year since 2005. As such after 18 years I have named it Heritage Cottage Orange.

Heritage Cottage Orange Determinate Tomato is a compact, productive variety prized for its vibrant orange color, smooth skin, and rich, sweet-tangy flavor.

Plants grow in a tidy, determinate habit, typically reaching 3–4 feet tall, making them ideal for containers, raised beds, and small-space gardens. 

Fruits are medium-sized slicers, averaging 6–8 ounces, with firm flesh and excellent fresh-eating quality for salads, sandwiches, and sauces.
