Rock Coral Canyon Chiltepin pepper (Capsicum annuum var. glabriusculum) is a legendary wild pepper native to the Southwest, prized for its intense heat and rich, smoky-fruity flavor.

These tiny, round, bright red peppers pack a fiery punch, typically ranging from 50,000–100,000 SHU on the Scoville Heat Scale. 

Plants produce abundant clusters of pea-sized fruit that ripen from green to vibrant red, perfect for hot sauces, salsas, drying, and traditional Southwestern cuisine. 

This variety thrives in warm climates and offers both ornamental beauty and culinary power.
